Job Description
The Financial Patient Program Assoc. Specialist will report to the Financial Patient Program Lead and play a crucial role in the technical administration and implementation of the financial patient program. This position ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations while facilitating effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Administration: Support the end-to-end implementation of the financial patient program, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance standards. This role will be country admin of FPP digital system.
Documentation & Agreements: Prepare and manage documentation, process agreements, track program KPIs, including analyze process improvement needs to ensure project readiness and operational efficiency.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
Payment Handling: Manage Financial Patient Program purchase order (PO) payments and related financial documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams, FPP Field, Compliance, Finance, and IT to support program execution and resolve any issues that arise.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary administrative contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing necessary support for project launch and daily operations.

Secondary Language(s) Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably life science related, business administration, finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in program administration or project management
Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and computer proficiency skills
