Front Desk Agent - Surf Camp
ANV Hospitality Group is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure
Update calendars and schedule
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner
Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints
Manage online and phone reservations
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
Bali based
Fluent in written and verbal English
Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
Experience working in surf camp will be an advantage points
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with hotel reservations software
Understanding of how travel planning websites operate
Able to join immediately
