Position Summary The Receptionist at PT Dreamhouse Management Bali is the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with their needs. This role ensures efficient front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures professionally.
- Manage room reservations and update guest records.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and recommendations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
- Ensure front desk area is organized and presentable.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or front office role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in hotel software and guest service standards.
