We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Office Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Office Staff plays a key role in creating a positive first impression of our company. You will handle all front desk activities, including answering phone calls, greeting guests, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration and appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Follow security procedures and ensure the safety of the front office area
