INDICO is Telkomsel’s subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia’s digital ecosystem. As a digital ecosystem enabler, INDICO plays a strategic role both as a platform company and a holding company.
As a platform company, INDICO strives to create non-telecom value by enhancing user experience of Telkomsel and INDICO Group services. What will you do but not limited to:
- Assist in the management of day-to-day digital sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service inquiries.
- Support the sales team in the implementation of SAP systems and tools to streamline operations and track sales data effectively.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from the SAP platform to provide insights that enhance sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer interactions within the SAP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and ensure seamless execution of digital sales initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to provide updates on performance metrics to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, Finance/Economics, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years Experience in sales operations, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems or other ERP systems.
- Understanding of digital sales processes and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
