About the role
General Affair & People Services Intern is a part of the People Operations Team at Pinhome. As an Intern, you will get an opportunity to be directly involved in the GA & Employee Services business process including procurement, asset management, event management, employee administration, and various GA BaU tasks. The incumbent will work closely with the HRIS Associate and will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders in People Operations.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for employee administration such as creating employment contracts, NDA, and various letters related to employees.
- Responsible for managing employee benefit facilities and in-office administration
- Responsible for managing office procurement such as electrical assets, stationary, and meals/snacks
- Build a good relationship with office building management, create and recheck all entry & exit permit for logistics
- Conducting a research on vendors by providing detail informations, price comparison and item availability
- Responsible for monitoring on-ground events, ensuring all stakeholders needs are fulfilled
What You Will Need
- A final year student or fast learner fresh graduate students who is interested to pursue their career in HR field (specifically general affair & employee services)
- Great communication skills and is a social person
- Good command in English
- A detail-oriented person, as she/he will perform administrative task
- Currently residing in Jakarta or neighboring cities
- Fast response, able to quickly adapt and has a growth mindset
- Willing to come to the office (WFO) regularly, min. 1x in a week
