Responsible for managing general office administration, overseeing the company’s e-commerce operations, and handling warehouse inventory and quality control to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operational needs (stationery, work equipment, office facility maintenance, etc.)
Assist in general administration tasks and company document filing.
Handle office transportation and operational needs (company vehicles, couriers, document delivery).
Support smooth execution of internal company activities (meetings, office events, etc.).
Manage the company’s online store accounts on e-commerce platforms: update products, descriptions, prices, promotions, and stock availability.
Monitor store performance (ratings, reviews, sales) and prepare regular sales reports.
Organize and process daily orders (packing, shipping, returns, and customer complaints).
Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution of goods.
Perform Quality Control (QC) on incoming and outgoing goods according to company standards.
Record incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse systematically.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Conduct routine stock-taking and ensure physical goods match system records.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and security.
Qualifications and Skills
Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Administration, Accounting, or Management (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in administration, General Affairs, e-commerce, or warehouse operations (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and E-commerce applications.
Good understanding of warehouse administration processes and product quality control.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, responsible, and able to multitask.
Communicative, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
