The Warehouse Operator is responsible for participating in the daily maintenance of fork-lift trucks, performing routine inspections, lubricating parts, and promptly reporting any issues to supervisors for repair, working under direct supervision. The role troubleshoots equipment issues and collaborates with maintenance technicians to resolve recurring problems, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations. The role ensures goods are stored efficiently and accurately, organizing products for easy accessibility during picking. The role assists in the picking of goods from inventory shelves, prioritizing orders and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements. The role executes warehouse processes related to storage (stock counts, stock verification, stock movements, stock corrections, value added operations on inventory) with a focus on the highest level of quality.
Your role:
- Inbound : Receives goods with strict quality, safety, and compliance; updates WMS/ERP.
- Storage : Manages stock counts, movements, and special storage areas; ensures inventory accuracy.
- Outbound : Picks, packs, and ships per regulatory and customer requirements; logs transactions.
- Equipment : Maintains forklifts, assists with setup and troubleshooting.
- Workflow & Support : Optimizes space use, fulfills orders, operates safely, supports team tasks.
- Documentation : Records inventory, maintenance, and incidents; helps reconcile stock.
- Problem Solving : Follows procedures and adapts to challenges within defined parameters.
You're the right fit if you have :
High School Diploma or equivalent Vocational Education
Experience in execution of inbound and outbound warehouse processes
2 years' experience as a warehouse operator with usage of a WMS
