Getting to Know Ajaib
We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and creative briefing to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Design and execute scalable referral programs with strong mechanics, including gamification and performance optimization.
- Map out user journeys and communication funnels, ensuring the right messages are delivered at the right time.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, retention, and user acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of referral marketing and campaign mechanics.
- Hands-on experience in running multi-channel campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
- Familiarity with user lifecycle and funnel-based communication strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with a collaborative, adaptable, and iterative approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
