Responsibilities
Support end-to-end marketing campaigns, from brainstorming ideas and preparing creative briefs to assisting with execution and post-campaign analysis.
Help coordinate referral programs, including research on mechanics, gamification ideas, and performance tracking.
Assist in mapping user journeys and communication flows to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
Participate in testing and optimizing campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and user growth.
Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
Currently in the final year (no classes) or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Interest in referral marketing and a basic understanding of campaign mechanics.
Eager to learn about running multi-channel campaigns and supporting end-to-end execution.
Comfortable with writing clear and engaging content, especially for digital platforms.
Familiar with the concept of user journeys and communication funnels.
Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn through hands-on experience.
