Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Online Sales, based in Jakarta, with proven leadership experience in SaaS or technology-driven sales organizations. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the growth of Youtap’s Online POS SaaS solution and its associated products across the SME, QSR, and restaurant segments in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be accountable for building, managing, and scaling the online sales organization to deliver revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the online sales strategy for Youtap Online POS SaaS solutions.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention across SME merchants, QSRs, and restaurants.
- Establish scalable sales processes and funnel management to deliver predictable revenue growth.
- You will have the revenue target for Online Sales and will be goal-oriented on this target.
- Team Building & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing online sales team.
- Set clear performance targets (KPIs and OKRs) and ensure accountability across the team.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous skills development.
- Market Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, partnerships, and digital acquisition channels.
- Drive digital campaigns, lead generation, and conversion strategies in collaboration with marketing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitive offerings and market trends.
- Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of Youtap Online POS SaaS solutions.
- Work with customer success and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Collect customer insights to inform product improvements and future roadmap.
- Performance & Reporting
- Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics.
- Manage budgets, pricing, and discount structures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in SaaS, Fintech, or Technology sales.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams in Indonesia.
- Strong background in online and digital sales, including experience with digital lead generation, CRM, and e-commerce tools.
- Leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
- Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the SME, QSR, and restaurant sectors in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with POS systems, SaaS business models, and digital transformation trends.
- Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
