Job Description
•Coordinate with the Operations Excellence Group Head HO regarding the implementation of Front Office Department initiatives/programs/projects to increase patient satisfaction including becoming an agent of change in the Hospital
•Establish control processes in providing services including creating a culture of continuous improvement.
•Collect data, analyze, compile reports, and evaluate complaints and suggestions for improvement from patients, patient families, or visitors so that can be used as a basis for determining service improvement initiatives/programs.
Qualifications
•Bachelor/master Degree from Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related major
•Have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry/position or as a Project Manager
•Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
•In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical areas, and experience with operational management.
