About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an HR Assistant Manager (Training Focus) to join our Mamaka family in Bali.
This role blends HR generalist responsibilities with a passion for training and development. You’ll support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations while driving programs that develop our team, enhance service standards, and keep our people engaged and inspired.
The Gig
- Learning & Development
- Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training sessions (orientation, service standards, brand culture).
- Support departmental training needs and create learning plans.
- Track training completion, evaluate effectiveness, and keep programs fresh.
- Onboarding & Culture
- Deliver WOW inductions that set the tone for new joiners.
- Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events.
- HR Generalist Support
- Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and HR admin.
- Support performance reviews and talent development discussions.
- Maintain HR systems, files, and compliance requirements.
- Guest Experience Insights
- Review guest feedback (NPS, reviews, comment cards) to identify training opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments to turn insights into action.
Who You Are
- 2–3+ years’ HR and/or L&D experience (hospitality or lifestyle brands a plus).
- A people person with an eye for talent and growth potential.
- Organised, flexible, and able to juggle tasks with a smile.
- Skilled at making training engaging and impactful.
- A great communicator, listener, and quiet culture champion.
- Indonesian national
