Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / HR Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to travel to another city
- Available to join immediately with a full WFO working policy from Pluit, North Jakarta
- Fluent in english both speaking and writing
Work Schedule:
- Willing to work from the office, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain and update employee status records (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations).
- Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., contracts, offer letters, mutation letters).
- Coordinate recruitment process through internal and external.
- Manage general affairs updates, including safety kits and uniforms for employees.
- Update payroll data to reflect monthly changes (e.g., new hires, salary adjustments).
- Handle BPJS Health and Employment registration for all new employees.
- Plan and manage recruitment activities and HR projects.
- Assist in creating and updating company SOPs to ensure compliance.
