JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee data.
- Update and maintain the HR database to ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.
- Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in developing and administering psychological tests for candidate selection and employee assessment.
- Help interpret basic test results and prepare summaries for review by the HR team.
- Research and propose relevant psychometric tools suitable for company needs.
- Participate in planning and organizing CSR programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (communities, foundations, partners) for CSR execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final year student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources field
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Willing to work onsite
