Job Description
We are seeking an HRD professional with strong experience in human resources management, employee development, and organizational growth. This position will involve overseeing the HR functions at Kinderfield Highfield School Bogor, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. The HRD will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that all HR strategies align with the school’s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment process for both academic and non-academic staff.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
Administer performance management systems, including employee evaluations and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts in a proactive and professional manner.
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Develop HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Support the school’s leadership team with HR planning and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an educational or similar organizational setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an educational institution or school environment is highly desirable.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
