Your main duties in flying with us:
- Execute brand marketing plans
- Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments
- Ensure brand consistency on every channel
- Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company promises and brand positioning
- Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies
- Create analysis and report of brand marketing campaign
- Able to create weekly competitor analysis
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Campaign Marketing
- Experienced with and in depth understanding of brand management
- Experienced in handling partnership or community
- Have creativity and ability to develop ideas into plans
- Have the ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Good in analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good in working collaborative with team
- Good in written and verbal communication skills, both Bahasa and English
- Good in time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
