Join us in breaking barriers to well-being as our Brand Manager and be accountable for brand building in large and complex local markets in line with global brand strategies and is typically leading a team of Brand professionals.
As the Local Markets brand owner, you manage the brand's P&L, build the brand, and develop profitable market share. You lead annual brand plans, handle A&P allocation, and ensure effective marketing implementation. You drive brand and innovation campaigns, manage product phases, and brief Marketing Activation Managers. You oversee brand assortment, product management, and pricing, while collaborating with global partners. You capture consumer insights, support clinical evidence generation, and participate in global communication and innovation toolboxes. You ensure product innovations meet local requirements and manage team development where applicable.
