We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR & Legal Specialist to lead and manage our Human Resources, Legal, and General Affairs functions. This role requires a strong background in Indonesian labor law, HR operations, and legal compliance, with proven experience in developing and implementing policies, systems, and processes that support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Professional certification in HR or legal compliance is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Legal, HR and GA roles, preferably within the event or hospitality industry
- Proven experience in managing HR operations, legal compliance, and general affairs functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment regulations.
- Familiar with retail employment practices, BPJS, payroll management, industrial relations, and dispute resolution.
- Experienced in handling company legal documents, contracts, permits and regulatory reporting.
- Capable of designing and implementing:
- Effective Recrutment Process
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Organizational Structure
- Employee performance evaluation systems
- Salary and compensation schemes (including grading, benchmarking, and adjustment mechanisms)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- English speaking is a must
