Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across YouTube and TikTok,.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers in the YouTube and TikTok space, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, values, and objectives.
- Plan, implement, and manage influencer campaigns, including content creation, timing, and distribution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Work closely with influencers to develop authentic and creative content that resonates with their followers and aligns with the brand's goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across YouTube and TikTok, tracking key metrics such as engagement rate, conversion rates,video views.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas, ensuring consistency across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on real-time data and feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and features on YouTube and TikTok, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of influencer marketing on these platforms.
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategy and cross-channel initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with high-performing influencers to ensure sustainable growth and brand advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Related experience in influencer marketing or social media management, specifically with a focus on YouTube and TikTok.
- Proven experience managing influencer relationships, negotiating contracts, and executing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and metrics for YouTube and TikTok (e.g., YouTube Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with influencers.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize influencer campaigns and performance.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to brainstorm, develop, and implement engaging influencer content ideas.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
