Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across all business units (B2B & B2C).
- Lead, coach, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure optimal ROI for all campaigns.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor movements to gain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
- Highly resilient, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communicator with the ability to align and collaborate across departments.
- Proven track record in creating impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Able to work closely with sales, R&D, and production teams.
- Strategic Marketing (ATL, BTL, Digital & Offline).
