Job Description
1. 负责Lazada Choice印尼市场的库存计划及管理工作，优化库存周转率和库存准确性。
2. 运用数据分析工具，对历史销售数据、市场需求及供应链表现进行分析，制定科学的库存管理策略。
3. 协调供应链各环节，确保库存补货计划按时执行，避免缺货或过剩。
4. 监控库存动态，定期生成库存报告，分析库存异常情况并提出改进建议。
5. 支持需求预测，协助制定销售计划，并与供应商、仓库等部门保持紧密沟通。
6. 与其他团队（如买手、运营、市场）协作，推动业务流程优化和效率提升。
7. 参与供应链相关项目，协助完成数据分析和流程改进工作。
1. Be responsible for inventory planning and management of Lazada Choice in Indonesia, optimizing inventory turnover rate and accuracy.
2. Utilize data analysis tools to analyze historical sales data, market demand, and supply chain performance, and formulate scientific inventory management strategies.
3. Coordinate with various supply chain stakeholders to ensure timely execution of inventory replenishment plans and avoid stockouts or overstock.
4. Monitor inventory dynamics, generate regular inventory reports, analyze anomalies, and provide improvement suggestions.
5. Support demand forecasting, assist in developing sales plans, and maintain close communication with suppliers and warehouse departments.
6. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., buyers, operations, marketing) to drive business process optimization and efficiency improvements.
7. Participate in supply chain-related projects, assisting in data analysis and process improvement tasks.

Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理、数据分析等相关专业优先。
2. 具备2-3年供应链计划、库存管理或相关领域的工作经验。
3.熟练掌握数据分析工具（如Excel、SQL、Tableau等），具备较强的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感性。
4. 具备良好的进度管理能力，能够高效协调多方资源。
5. 中文优先，能够用中文进行沟通者将获得加分。
6. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
7. 学习能力强，适应快节奏的工作环境，能够承受一定的工作压力。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related fields.
2. 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related fields.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), with strong analytical thinking and data sensitivity.
4. Excellent progress management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple resources efficiently.
5. Chinese is a plus; candidates who can communicate in Chinese will be preferred.
6. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
7. Strong learning ability, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, and capable of handling work pressure.
