IT Account Executive (Medan Placement)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Account Executive located in Medan. The IT Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in enterprise software solutions (SAP, Odoo, SaaS, etc.)
2. Develop strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
3. Understand client business needs and propose the most suitable IT solutions
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
5. Collaborate with presales and technical teams to support the sales process
6. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update
7. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
8. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution sales (SAP, Odoo, or SaaS-related)
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
5. Ability to understand technical products and communicate value to business users
6. Strong business acumen and client service orientation
7. Experience in selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions is a plus
8. Willing to be placed in Medan and travel as needed
