Job Description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the daily execution of tasks related to client deposits, client withdrawals, partner withdrawals, account opening/maintenance, and account closures.
- Authorization of client withdrawals based on the Company’s limits.
- The employee must assess the risk of all transactions related to deposits, withdrawals, and credits to detect potential fraud and other related issues, and take all necessary actions.
- Resolution of internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparation of various regulatory reports related to back-office operations.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of the Know Your Client (KYC) process for all prospective and existing clients.
- Preparation of various regulatory reports related to back-office operations.
- Proactive monitoring and improvement of operational procedures.
- Identification and enhancement of internal processes, systems, and controls.
- Communication with other internal departments and the Company’s partners.
- Providing a high level of communication and support to partners.
- Providing regular progress and management reports, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Expected to take initiative, delegate effectively, and communicate clearly to achieve departmental goals.
- In addition to the above duties, the Employee may from time to time be asked to undertake additional or other duties.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional asset.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- High proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-taught and highly motivated individual.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern (5x per week).
