Key Responsibilities:
- Search for and recruit new creators.
- Manage creators who have already onboarded.
- Develop strategies to improve creator performance.
- Maintain relationships between the brand and creators.
- Analyze and create reports on creator development.
- Execute existing campaigns with internal creators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer Management, or Campaign Marketing (preferably in an MCN agency or e-commerce environment).
- Solid understanding of social media trends, the influencer ecosystem, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brands and creators.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
