What You'll Do :
- Assist in coordinating the mystery shopper program, including scheduling visits, preparing guidelines, and consolidating reports.
- Support in analyzing shopper feedback to identify trends, strengths, and development areas across business units.
- Work with the L&D team to translate findings into learning initiatives or improvements in training materials.
- Help in creating evaluation reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
What You’ll Need To Succeed :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Strong interest in learning & development, service excellence, or employee experience.
- Comfortable working with data (basic Excel/Google Sheets, survey tools).
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and in teams.
- Must be available to work full-time, on-site (WFO) for a duration of 6 months.
