- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost Kompascom’s performance across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc.), focusing on growing engagement and brand awareness.
- Establish and manage partnerships for brand campaign distribution, collaborating with media, influencers, and digital platforms to maximize reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners to ensure effective campaign exposure and mutual collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate collaborative campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.
- Create and implement innovative campaigns across all social media platforms, introducing new strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an active and engaged community of young volunteers.

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
