Role Overview
The Marketing and Brand Communication Lead will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing and brand strategies that resonate with our target audiences. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively communicate our brand values and drive engagement across various channels.
Your responsibilities but not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand communication strategies that align with INDICO’s business goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Managing stakeholders in Telkomsel Group and external agency relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Managing content development, media engagement, internal communications, issuses and crisis communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and brand communication roles, preferably within the tech or digital industries.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, both offline and online, including digital media, social media, public relations, and events.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects in various stakeholders across different entities.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in the digital landscape and a passion for innovation in brand marketing.
