Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies to promote a portfolio of Retreats, with a focus on driving bookings, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing guest satisfaction
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness, leads, and direct bookings. Oversee the production of promotional materials, digital content, and social media initiatives that align with hospitality objectives
- Creative Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-quality marketing assets that align with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis, using insights to refine marketing efforts and explore new opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience 5 years in marketing management or hospitality luxury with in wellness is preferred
- Direct experience with CRM setting up and managing automation sequences
- Experience with website development and go-to-market launches is a plus
- Able live in Bali
