Growth Marketing Manager
Save the Children Indonesia is on the process of becoming a Full Member and transforming towards a diversified NGO by 2030. SC IDN began the transformation journey since 2021 and working towards an organization-wide transformation, started from transforming our impact model by implementing localization initiative, while at the same time also transform our operating model to strengthen organizational capabilities and transform our revenue model for financial sustainability by diversifying revenue streams. This transformation aligned with our plan to be a Full Member, to deliver tripling impacts for children.
This position will contribute to the transformation goals to deliver tripling impacts for children, doubling SCIDN's income in revenue, achieve our member enabler goals as well as our Country Strategic Program (CSP) targets, and meet the Full Member standards as described in the Member Accountability Framework (MAF). As part of the Extended Management Team (EMT), this position is also expected to foster the culture of trust and collaboration at SC IDN team, actively involve in culture initiatives by SC IDN.
Role Purpose:
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives in respect to digital efforts for Save the Children Indonesia. This role will focus on experimenting, analyzing, and scaling digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analytics.
What You will do:
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities, including new channels, tactics, and experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, content, and engineering) to optimize the customer journey.
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Continuously run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze and improve CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value) metrics.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings.
- Work with content teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website structure for SEO.
- Monitor and adapt to algorithm changes and search trends.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and optimize conversion rates.
- Implement and test growth experiments on landing pages, website UX, and email marketing.
- Use tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, or Optimizely to enhance user experience and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Lead the establishment of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of SC IDN marketing, including SEO performance metrics
- Track and analyze growth KPIs using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- Create monthly data-driven reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Set up and refine attribution models to better understand marketing ROI.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
External Stakeholder Management
- Identify important external stakeholder to build partnership to enhance SC IDN’s brand image and market reach
- Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with SC IDN partners to ensure the implementation of localization roadmap related to marketing communication
General
- Collaborate with other functions, departments, and projects across organization to support within his/her capacity as growth marketing manager on the implementation of Save the Children in Indonesia goals.
- Any other task & responsibilities related to his/her role as growth marketing manager given by the Supervisor and to comply with Save the Children policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
What We need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5 (five) years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, corporate communications, or a similar role.
- Sound understanding of the major economic, social development and poverty issues as well as child rights issues in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, marketing analytics, PR and fundraising.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Willingness to travel in the country, sometimes at short notice and for extended periods of time.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of emerging marketing trends, technologies, fundraising and NGOs.
