Job Descriptions :
- Ensure that all materials needed for building maintenance, including those for mechanical and electrical systems, as well as full office supplies, are always available in the warehouse in accordance with set standards and procedures.
- Responsible for storing all purchases.
- Prepare monthly reports for materials, ATK, and housekeeping, and undertake stock opname.
- Processing requests for the purchase of items associated with the acquisition of necessary materials.
- Coordinate with the receiving and purchasing division/department, in every follow-up of the goods order.
- Carry out special tasks outside of the main responsibilities which are at any time given by the direct supervisor or leadership.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimun Associate Degree or Diploma in Any Major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of logistics management/ material management.
- Good Interpersonal skill, Communication skill and Analytical Thinking.
- Can operate the computer properly.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
