ABOUT THE JOB:
If
you have a winning attitude, and are highly motivated, we have exciting Ad Tech
sales representative/ manager positions selling media products and services.
This position is responsible for keeping relationships with media planners
across agencies and generate opportunities and revenue through the sale of our
advertising products and services.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● You
must think and act like a sales hunter, Aggressive sales activity is expected.
● Prospecting
through new leads, media planners’ relationship management and hunting,
existing relationships, promotional events, and other sources.
● Ensure
a strong metrics focused approach is applied in business planning and
execution.
● Effectively
drive the implementation of concepts and client briefs with internal teams.
● Desire
to be proficient in company products and services across digital advertising
● Be
willing to work as part of a team.
● Strong
desire to bring positive energy and urge to excel in sales.
● Keen
ability to understand big picture and strategy yet pay attention to detail.
● Ability
to multitask and balance the needs of multiple departments within the function
and multiple brands outside
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
● Associate’s
or bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing and Related field
● Prior
experience in similar role
● Excellent
communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
● Proficiency
in numbers, and Microsoft Suite Office etc
● Strong
verbal and written communication skills
● Ability
to multitask and meet tight deadlines
● Work
towards achieving targets
Requirements
● For
Rep role: minimum of 2 years of experience in adtech sales or similar industry
sales role
● For
manager role, minimum 4 years of experience in adtech sales and connects with
agency
