Your key responsibilities will include:
- Keep an eye on performance by monitoring weekly sales, productivity, and distribution trends across all channels using Power BI and Excel dashboards.
- Spot unusual patterns early—identify unexpected changes, warning signs, or fast growth trends and escalate when needed.
- Dive deep into root causes behind sales dips or spikes, product mix changes, or campaign outcomes.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable presentations with practical recommendations.
- Build compelling, easy-to-follow slide decks that use visuals and headlines to guide the audience through your story.
- Present your insights and recommendations in weekly business reviews and ad-hoc sessions with key partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, planning, and commercial to align on next steps.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy.
What are we looking for?
- A background in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields is preferred, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Brings over three to five years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a multinational company
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in analytics, business, or marketing is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills including PowerPivot, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
- Proficiency in Power BI and a good grasp of dashboard creation and automation.
- Skilled in crafting impactful PowerPoint presentations with clear storytelling.
- Ability to turn raw data into a compelling narrative that leads to decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior partners.
- Highly organized and capable of leading multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or Tableau is a plus.
