• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with developers for fixes.
• Handle incident management, including ticket triaging, escalation, and resolution.
• Perform code reviews for production hotfixes and support patches.
• Manage application deployments, configuration updates, and rollback procedures.

• Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably for .NET-based enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.
• Experience working with IIS, Windows Services, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Logstash).
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy).
