Role Summary
We seek a driven individual to support ConnectX growth. This role involves outreach, negotiation, deal closing, client communication, internal coordination, and founder support. The position requires a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and clarity in execution.
Responsibilities
- Find brand partners suitable for collaboration
- Pitch ConnectX offerings through tailored proposals
- Handle communication from first contact until deal finalization
- Create collaboration kits, proposals, presentations, and documents
- Track leads, update CRM tools, and monitor outreach progress
- Prepare meeting notes, schedule calls, support internal execution
- Strengthen platform visibility through smart strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales, business outreach, or partnerships
- Strong verbal skill, written clarity, and presentation delivery
- High level of organization, goal focus, and persistence
- Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, CRM
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep interest in social change, personal development, female leadership
