WE’RE HIRING – PROCUREMENT STAFF (F&B)

Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Staff with a strong background in Food & Beverage, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing and purchasing of F&B supplies, supporting our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B procurement within hospitality or restaurant settings
- In-depth understanding of procurement workflows in the hospitality and F&B industry
- Experienced in handling both local and imported vendors
- Skilled in preparing procurement reports, cost analysis, and price comparisons for F&B operations
- Proficient in procurement systems commonly used in the hospitality industry
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Advanced or fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Detail-oriented, honest, strong in negotiation, and able to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices is a plus
