The Product Manager I plays a pivotal role in defining and executing product strategies to deliver impactful and user-centric solutions that align with business objectives. This role is responsible for driving the product roadmap, setting and tracking OKRs, and translating strategy into actionable product initiatives. By collaborating with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders, the Product Manager II ensures a prioritized product backlog and the delivery of meaningful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business owners to identify business needs and analyze competitors.
Define high-level requirements and MVP, identify potential trade off to existing roadmap
Conduct discussion with stakeholders to share concept and receive feedback about the upcoming initiative.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and finalize the Product Requirement Document (PRD).
Work with product designers to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Communicate PRD to the squad and actively participate in all Scrum events.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth product launches.
Oversee production testing, identify issues, and communicate fixes to the squad.
Monitor product performance through key metrics and OKRs.
Collect user and stakeholder feedback for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
Have 1 to 3 years of product management experience, preferably within payment systems or related industries
Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
Possesses a strong understanding of agile scrum methodology, product development processes, data-driven decision making, and business and market analysis.
Experience in agile scrum method
Strong team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-oriented mindset; able to rely on data to understand various happenings and define & measure success on every project
