Map and analyze customer journeys to better understand user behavior and needs.
Identify and define key audience personas for targeted communication.

Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules.
Support social media strategies and content placement initiatives across relevant platforms.
Ensure all messaging, tone, and visual elements align with the brand’s voice and identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) to execute campaigns effectively.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Communication.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields.
- Good command in English and/or other foreign languages for effective daily business communication both written and oral.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
