POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordinated execution of assigned projects. Key responsibilities include securing necessary resources, ensuring project timelines are met, and efficiently managing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services on site. The role emphasizes deep customer engagement to understand requirements, achieve project goals, and maintain high satisfaction, while also contributing to financial targets. Building and sustaining positive relationships with customers and internal Vertiv divisions is essential. The Project Manager also directly supervises and develops their project team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Senior Manager, Services Operations to co-ordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects which are under his direct supervision.
- Understand customer needs to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Services Operations for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Services Operations to deliver set profit margins of projects.
- To maintain good working relationship with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
- Coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop his direct project team member for continual improvement and optimized performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data center site preparation works.
- Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
