• Develop and refine site layouts, technical drawings, and as-built plans using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional communications between operations, field technicians, procurement, and clients to keep projects on track
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation—schedules, site surveys, installation checklists, and progress reports
• Provide on-site support to troubleshoot installation or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and help implement standardized procedures
• Collaborate closely with leadership to drive efficiency and uphold quality standards

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent CAD tools
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are welcome
