- Develop and refine site layouts, technical drawings, and as-built plans using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between operations, field technicians, procurement, and clients to keep projects on track
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation—schedules, site surveys, installation checklists, and progress reports
- Provide on-site support to troubleshoot installation or operational issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and help implement standardized procedures
- Collaborate closely with leadership to drive efficiency and uphold quality standards
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent CAD tools
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are welcome
