Job Description

Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Calculate material needs and estimate project costs accurately
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and RAB (cost proposals)
Handle purchase orders and coordinate material procurement
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth site operations
Monitor progress payments and update project financials
Manage variation orders for additional or reduced scope of work

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Drafter or in Quantity Surveying
Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specs
Skilled in material take-offs, cost estimation, and RAB preparation
Hands-on experience in procurement and ordering process
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with solid project documentation habits
