1. Handle all incoming & outgoing call
2. Responsible for incoming and outgoing document, packages & others
3. Welcoming and greeting company guests
4. Assist administrative operational needs
5. Meeting rooms arrangement
6. Take up other duties as assigned
Requirements ：
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma in any field
2. Fresh graduate or no experience candidate are welcome to apply
3. Able to speak basic mandarin, min. HSK 2
4. Able to operate Microsoft Office
5. Active, intelligent, thorough and capable
6. Independent, able to work in team and able to work in pressure
