As an HR Recruitment Specialist Intern at Neurone (one of our Divisions), you will gain hands-on experience in the Australian recruitment industry, working closely with our Recruitment team to support various aspects of talent pool management. You will assist in preparing and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging initial interviews, responding to inquiries and managing other recruitment- related documentation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about branding, candidate experience, and the inner workings of a recruitment agency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
- Help maintain recruitment documentation and candidate profiles.
- Support candidates by providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Aid in data collection and reporting to improve recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate on branding and marketing efforts, including social media and career events.
- Help manage talent pool activities, including interviewing and coordinating background checks.
- Support coordination with internal teams and clients, including visa eligibility and onboarding.
- Assist in promoting our Professional Development Program to candidates.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements :
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related fields. Relevant coursework is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; friendly and approachable.
- Organized with good attention to detail and time management.
- Basic data analysis skills and tech-savvy (MS Office, social media).
- No prior experience required; internships or admin/customer service roles advantageous.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
- Available for 6 months, flexible hours, willing to work on-site in Denpasar.
