WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Sales Process & Strategy Support
- Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to support sales forecasting, territory planning, and target setting.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and recommend corrective actions to meet goals.
- Sales Tools & System Management
- Manage SFA/DMS platforms and ensure proper adoption by the sales team.
- Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies that improve sales productivity.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all sales systems.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales trends, pipeline health, and productivity metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and business planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance for pricing, incentive schemes, and revenue tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Team Enablement
- Support sales managers with performance dashboards and operational guidance.
- Train sales teams on systems, reporting tools, and compliance standards.
- Develop incentives structures and performance measurement framework
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Expert in Fundamental Salesmanship, Sales Force Management, Territory Management, Distributor Management, Sales Plan and Execution, and Sales Channel Strategic
- Expert in Communication and Negotiation as well as Decision Making and Problem Solving – Innovation.
