One of the Chinese Fine Dining restaurants in Jimbaran is looking for potential candidate as a Restaurant Manager
Job Description :
1. Managing daily operations, including food preparation, service, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
2. Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing food and beverage costs.
3. Tracking expenses, managing budgets, and optimizing costs.
4. Ensuring the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
5. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
Qualification :
1. Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role at an upscale or fine-dining restaurant. Experience with Chinese cuisine and seafood is essential.
2. Proficiency in English, fluency in mandarin is a plus
3. A natural leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
4. Hospitality Focus: A passion for delivering world-class service and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
5. Bali Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bali F&B market is a must.
