Location: Canggu
We are hiring a passionate and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with operations
- Supervise service flow and ensure all SOPs are followed
- Guide and support the service team on the floor
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback
- Report issues and improvements to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B
- Great communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic English communication is a plus
