In this role, you’ll work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, support and inspire the service crew, and help deliver top-notch dining experiences to every guest who walks through our doors.
Job description:
- Supervises daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards
- Leads and motivates staff, providing guidance and support
- Addresses guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Assists with staff training, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensures a positive and welcoming dining experience for all guests
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B (preferably 2 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and guest service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic POS system usage.
- Placement in Kuta / Seminyak
