Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the sales team to ensure compliance according to the company regulations.
- Coordinate communication between sales and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales department.
- Acting as a problem solver to issues concerning the sales team, both internally and externally.
- Bridging the communication between sales team to other departments and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a coordinator or leader of a sales team, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience in sales administration or sales support is preferred.
- Proficiency in English will be a strong plus.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday in Cilandak, South Jakarta.
- Ready to join as soon as possible.
