Sales Executive

About the Role:
Be part of the Ensign Freight journey! We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across our expanding global network. Using a consultative approach, you will identify opportunities, connect with customers, and close meaningful business that contributes to company success and your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct daily sales activities with a focus on key customer segments.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to secure repeat business.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery aligned with customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (Mandarin Chinese is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven sales ability.
- Existing customer portfolio or strong industry connections preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Good digital literacy (MS365, CRM tools).
